All creatives / vendors must agree to
- All work must be original and owned by the creative / vendor – no cover versions or re-posts.
- Yourplat4orm.com will never claim ownership of uploaded content, it remains the property of the creative uploader who gives permission for the platform to transact on their behalf.
- Pages are only available through invitation or application, it is not open to everyone.
- Creatives must provide the first three items of content they intend to post.
- Yourplat4orm.com is determined to keep an orderly site. We will have all human moderation and all applications will be examined carefully. We intend to keep out the bots, spammers and extremists. Yourplat4orm.com reserves the right to refuse any and all services without explanation.
- A three strike system is in operation for minor infractions - if we write to you to tell you to take something down or change it, do it or lose your page.
- Any major infractions or bad actions and your page is gone.
- Creatives must mark any relevant content as 18+
- Creatives must acknowledge if AI is used in producing content.
- Creatives decide for themselves what to charge for their content. A song or an album, a single image or access to a gallery, a single article or a whole newspaper.
We provide a simple, transparent method of enabling your decisions
For example, when you upload something a dialogue box comes up with a set of simple options...
- Where will this content live?
- Is it a single credit?
- Is it part of an album? etc.
We welcome applications from collectives and co-operatives
We will provide template agreements so record labels / venues / publishers / artists' collectives can work together to build a single shared page rather than individually operated pages.
This will enable better visibility, more resilience, more regularly uploaded content and benefit from a group directing it's energy to promote a joint page.
